Community Guidelines

Zuletzt aktualisiert · Dieses Dokument liegt auf Englisch vor.

LiftClub is a place to show up for each other. These guidelines apply to everything you post or send in LiftClub: your profile, posts, comments, shared workouts and share links. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Be the training partner you’d want

Encourage people. Celebrate the days they show up and respect the days they don’t. Everyone trains at their own level, and nobody owes anyone their numbers.

Not allowed

  • Harassment, bullying, threats or shaming, including body shaming.
  • Hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
  • Sexual or sexually suggestive content, and any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Violence, self-harm encouragement or dangerous challenges.
  • Spam, scams, advertising, or links to malware.
  • Impersonating someone else, or using LiftClub if you’re under 13 (or friends features if you’re under 18).
  • Sharing someone else’s private information.
  • Anything illegal.

Reporting and blocking

  • Report any user, post, received item or share link from its menu in the app, or email [email protected].
  • Block someone to stop them seeing your activity or contacting you.
  • We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, including removing content and removing users who break these rules.

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or permanently remove your account. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
